The project was born with the aim of improving the conditions in the forestry sector, especially for those who work in resin tapping, an activity on which many families depend. It emerged in response to unfair prices in a monopolized market, driving the idea of processing resin directly and generating new employment opportunities. Thus, “Comercializadora de Resinas S.A. de C.V.” was initially created, later evolving into “Procesadora de Resinas la Soledad S.A. de C.V.,” which today is dedicated to the manufacturing of modified resins.
Our company
We are a legally constituted Mexican company, founded in 2011 in Morelia, Michoacán, by a family committed to its growth and consolidation within the resin industry.
Our main activity is the industrialization of natural pine resin, transforming it into pitch or rosin, raw materials used in industries such as inks, paints, varnishes, adhesives, cosmetics, and graphic arts.
